תנאי השימוש

1. Who we are

Whoois is provided by [legal entity name], [registered address] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [support email]. Our own emails come from an address that doesn't receive replies.

2. What Whoois does

Whoois keeps your Itsmi profile: your identity at Whoois. You sign in to it with a passkey, not a password. With it, you can:

• keep your name, your email address and mobile number, each verified with a code, and your addresses;
• connect an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your Itsmi profile;
• lock your Itsmi profile if someone else may be using it, and recover it if you lose your passkeys.

Coming later: Miapps, apps you connect to your Itsmi profile, which see only what you allow; and purchases from online stores, which you confirm with your passkey, after which Whoois gives each store in the purchase the details it needs to deliver.

Whoois doesn't hold or move money. [For counsel: the service at launch.]

3. Your Itsmi profile

• One Itsmi profile per person. Keep your passkeys, your recovery codes and your email account safe: anyone with them can get into your Itsmi profile.
• If you lose every passkey, a recovery code gets you back in. So can your Itsmi profile's email address, after a 24-hour wait, during which we email that address to say a recovery started. Signing in with one of your passkeys, using a recovery code, or locking your Itsmi profile stops the recovery. Finishing it signs every browser out, disconnects every AI assistant, and replaces your passkeys and your recovery codes.
• If someone else may be using your Itsmi profile, you can lock it: with the link in our email about a change, or with a code we text to its mobile number. Locking signs every browser out and disconnects every AI assistant. Until it's unlocked, no one can change its email address, mobile number, passkeys or recovery codes.
• [For counsel: eligibility and minimum age; the accuracy of the details you give; suspension.]

4. Text messages from Whoois

We text a one-time code only when you ask for one on a Whoois page: to verify a mobile number you add to your Itsmi profile, or to lock your Itsmi profile. Each time, you agree to it beside the number first. We send no marketing by text.

Subscribers will opt-in via https://whoois.app to receive verification messages from Whoois, a service of [legal entity name], powered by AWS Notify. Message frequency may vary per user.

Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

For all questions about the services provided, you can send an email to [support email] or call [support phone number, if any].

If you have questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy at https://whoois.app/privacy.

5. Emails from Whoois

We send only service emails: codes you ask for, and security notices, such as a change of email address or a recovery started. They come from no-reply@notify.whoois.app, which doesn't receive replies. We send no marketing by email.
